If we were to ever broadcast our podcasts on live radio, such as Brayford Radio, then we would need to provide the radio station with a compliance form, which lets them know if there are any issue with our piece. As we had 2 podcasts we filled out 2 compliance forms, which can be viewed in the word documents, while the pictures illustrate that they have been signed by the team producer, which is of course James for this project.
